Qualification
- Principal Chief Consultant: Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Finance)/MBA finance/or, CA or ICWA or relevant subject with at least 60% from a recognized university
- Chief Consultant: Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Data Science / related discipline from a recognized university Master’s degree in social science/Education/MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Management / Linguistics with at least 60% from a recognized university Master’s degree in social science/ computer science/ Information technology/B.Tech / MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Management with at least 60% from a recognized university
- Senior Consultant: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ B.Tech.(Civil) with MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Management with at least 60% from a recognized university. Master’s degree in Social Sciences/ Education/Social work/LLB/MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Management with at least 60% from a recognized university Master’s degree in social science /social work/B.Tech/MBA or 2 years PG diploma in Management with at least 60% from a recognized university.
- Consultant: Master’s degree in social science/ education/social work/B.Tech/MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Research Management with at least 60% from a recognized university.

- Chief Consultant: Rs. 1,20,000 – 1,50,000/-
- Senior Consultant: Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,20,000/-
- Consultant: Rs. 80,000 – 1,00,000/-
- Project Associate: Rs. 70,000/-
